A little about me.

My Experience

Throughout my three years in college, I have learned to use Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After effects and Adobe XD. Although photoshop might not always agree with me, I’m always up for a challenge. I know my way around the other softwares pretty well, but I know I can learn more every day.

My Hobbies

If I’m not at work or trying to meet deadlines, you will most likely find me with my nose buried in a book. I play the piano and dabble in cake decorating. I also love to do any kind of arts and crafts like drawing, colouring and painting. I love colour, details and applying myself which is why this career path is so perfect for me.

High School

In high school I was in the art concentration program which meant I had two extra classes of art and at the end of every year, we would have an art show displaying our projects.

In my third year, one of my paintings was bought by the school to be hung up in the permanent school gallery.

The year I graduated another one of my paintings was chosen to be the cover of the 2018-2019 school agenda.

College

During my three years at Collège la Cité we got the opportunity to work with actual clients.

Every year at Christmas, an animated Christmas card is sent to the school’s partners, faculty and students. It has been a tradition for the school’s president to ask the second year graphic design students to animate the card. They pick three winners and the first place is the card they send out. I was the winner for the 2020 animated Christmas card.

We also got to work with CUPPE Employees’ Pension Plan. They asked us to design the page layout for the 2019 Report to Members. We were to include texts, graphs, tables and pictures. My design was chosen to be the report they would print out for the year 2019.
